I offer full book cover packages designed for ebook, paperback, and hardcover publication. Each cover is created as a cohesive, finished design intended for commercial distribution.

Full Book Cover Package

$900 — Foundational Rate

This package includes:

• Fully illustrated front cover

• Spine and back cover design

• Adaptation for ebook, paperback, and hardcover formats

• Full typography design (title, author name, and series branding if applicable)

• Print-ready files sized to publisher or printer specifications

• Commercial usage rights

Book covers are booked through direct inquiry and scheduled separately from weekly commission slots. Final pricing may increase based on complexity, number of characters, background detail, and timeline.

Turnaround Time

Book cover projects typically require 1–4 months from project start to final delivery. Timelines vary based on complexity, revision needs, and client responsiveness.

Because book covers are scheduled alongside my ongoing commission rotation, exact completion dates are discussed and confirmed prior to booking.

Rush timelines may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

What I’ll Need From You

To begin a book cover project, clients are expected to provide:

• Book title, author name, and series name (if applicable)

• Genre and target audience

• A short synopsis or key themes

• Any required trim size or printer specifications

• Reference imagery or mood boards (if available)

Clear direction at the start helps keep timelines on track.

Revisions

Book cover commissions include up to three rounds of revisions.

Minor adjustments—such as color tweaks, lighting refinements, text placement, or small detail changes—are welcome throughout the process and are generally accommodated at no additional cost.

Major changes to the approved concept, composition, characters, or overall direction may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Concept Approval

An initial concept or rough layout will be provided for approval before final rendering begins. Once a concept is approved, significant changes to composition or subject matter may be treated as a new revision.

Usage & Credit

Book cover commissions include commercial usage rights for book marketing and distribution. I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, on my website, and on social media unless otherwise agreed upon.

Artist credit is appreciated wherever applicable.

Scheduling & Deadlines

Book cover projects are scheduled based on availability and agreed-upon timelines. Launch dates should be communicated at the time of inquiry.

Delays in client feedback or materials may extend the project timeline.

Rush timelines are not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee.

Project Fit

Not all projects are the right fit for my style. I reserve the right to decline inquiries that do not align with my artistic approach or availability.

Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a book cover commission

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval and before delivery of final files

• Work does not begin until the deposit is received

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit is retained as compensation for time and work completed.
