Revisions

- You will receive WIPs

- You will receive a sketch and base colors first. Because how I color and render is fairly dynamic the base colors are not an accurate representation of the finished work but more of a basic guideline. will have 3 max revisions on that each subsequent revision will cost $5USD

- Once I begin coloring and rendering I will send updates periodically. You may make 3 minor revisions with each update, subsequent revisions will be $5USD. Major revisions(pose changes for example or anything I deem so at my discretion) will cost $10USD. These changes should be sorted out prior to this stage which is why major revisions cost this amount.

Important

- Commissions typically take 7-14 days to complete after I begin work, unless stated otherwise. Start times may vary depending on the queue.

- Full payment is required upfront before I start on your commission.

- Do not use my artwork to create NFTs or upload it to any platform to train AI models.

- By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service, which include a strict no chargebacks policy unless you’ve contacted me first to resolve any issues.

- Please review all commission details and my TOS carefully. I reserve the right to decline any request if I feel uncomfortable with the subject matter or believe I can’t provide the quality you deserve.

- While I strive to complete work promptly, delays may occur in cases of illness, emergencies, or unexpected time constraints. I will communicate any changes or delays as soon as possible.

* WILL DO: Human, Humanoid, Partial Furry(ears, tails)

* WILL DO: Slight Gore - small cuts, abrasions, bruises, blood

* WILL DO: Small Mecha accessories

* WON’T DO: NSFW, FULL MECHA, GRAPHIC GORE

* I reserve the right to reject your commission even if it’s compliant with my will do policy. This is because I may not feel confident in providing you the best representation of the subject matter.

GENERAL

* Please make sure to provide as many references and details as possible before you commission in order to ensure I have enough material to work with and can draw your commission accurately.

Price and Payments

* Unless specified individually price is non-negotiable

* 100% total cost of the commission is due prior to beginning.

* Additional revisions costs are due upfront. Please see the revisions section of the TOS for additional information.

* Payments are only accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, or Apple Pay . This not negotiable. I will send you payment information after our initial consultation

* Commercial Rights cost 100% of the price of commission.

USE

* Personal use unless you buy commercial rights

* I must be credited via one of my socials when the art is used personally or commercially

* If commercial rights are purchased you may use it however you desire as long as I am credited

REFUNDS

* Refunds can be requested by the commissioner only if I haven't started the commission yet or I'm in the very early stages of the process, and only after communicating with me about it. If the commissioner gives the permission to continue after the first update, no refunds are allowed going forward.
